Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce Slow Cooker Review Plus Free Bottle Still Available!

A few weeks ago I wrote a detailed review on several ways I used Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce. If you’re interested in seeing the recipes I listed in that one, click here. In that post, I mentioned the next meal I wanted to try was pork tenderloin in the slow cooker. Well, I decided to use chicken breast instead. This was so easy anyone can do it (assuming you have a slow cooker, of course).

I always rinse and trim the chicken of any fat first. You can also spray the inside of the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray for easier cleanup later. I poured a little of the sauce at the bottom, layered the chicken breast, then poured the rest of the sauce on top. Since, my crock pot is a five quart round, I have to make sure it’s at least half full when cooking with it. If you have an oval one, the next step shouldn’t apply to you. I put a little bit of water in the bottle to get the access sauce out and poured that along the sides of the slow cooker. This also helped to fill the pot a little more.

I set it on HIGH for five hours and it came out perfect! My middle son is very picky when it comes to how chicken is cooked. He ate this and even asked for more! If you’re going to be out of the house longer than five hours and want it ready for dinner, just set it on LOW (for at least six or seven hours) and it will be ready when you are.
