“Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30” Giveaway: Sponsored by Huff & Buff

Are you trying to lose weight? Want to make exercise a part of your daily life but can’t afford a gym membership or expensive equipment? Do you think exercising and eating healthy is not within your budget? Well, it can be!

Huff and Buff takes the guess work out of which workouts are effective. Their tips help so you don’t lose your hard-earned dollar (instead of those unwanted pounds) on something that doesn’t work. At Huff and Buff you will get detailed reviews of hundreds of exercise DVDs, fitness systems and accessories. Huff and Buff also has giveaways for several top workouts and programs! Would you like the chance to WIN one of the programs they have reviewed? They have generously donated one to give away here at Matter of Cents!

Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30, released in 2011, consists of four progressively challenging twenty minute workouts designed to get you lean and “ripped” in thirty days. Each of the workouts is structured around Jillian’s shredding 3-2-1 formula. This formula, which consists of three minutes of strength, two minutes of cardio and one minute of core work, is designed to not only sculpt muscles but burn the layer of fat covering them. The workout also comes with a thirty day meal plan available online.

According to Huff and Buff, “this is Jillian’s best workout yet. With four workouts on the DVD it is also a great value for your exercise dollar. If you are a fan of Jillian Michaels and her other workouts, Ripped in 30 is for you!”

This giveaway begins 7/6/11 and will end on 7/15/11 @ 10p.m Central and is open to US residents only, 18 years of age and older. Winner will be chosen randomly through Rafflecopter which is powered by Random.org. An email notification will be sent to the email address provided by the winner who will have 48 hours to respond. Failure to do so will result in a new winner being selected. Please see Terms and conditions for full giveaway rules.
