Nutrisystem Update: Week 13! #NSNation

My 13th week on the Nutrisystem program has come and gone. I am extremely excited because I earned my second Nutribear! In fact, it just arrived today! If you've been following my updates, you know I received my first one when I lost 10 pounds at the end of Week 6. You can read about it and see what Nutribear 10 looks like here.

In the meantime, I am proud to introduce you to Commitment Bear!!! This is my reward for having lost 20 pounds on Nutrisystem.

Week 13 Loss: 1.0 pound

Total Loss in thirteen weeks: 21.6 pounds!!! YIPPEE!!!
