Nutrisystem Update: Week 15! #NSNATION #NSSUCCESS

Week 15 on the Nutrisystem program was bittersweet. Not exactly sure if

  1. I submitted my order too late
  2. the holiday caused several shipments to be delivered late,
  3. there was lag because of the transition to the new SUCCESS program
  4. or a combination of all of the above, but…

I ran out of food last Friday, namely the Breakfast entrees. Breakfast is and always has been my favorite meal of the day. When I don't have breakfast, the rest of my (food) day pretty much is thrown out the window. :(

Add to that, it was Christmas. There was "other" food, lots of traditional dishes my family makes only this time of year. There was wine. There were plenty of desserts to choose from, again only available during the holidays. I indulged and subsequently gained…weight.

The GOOD NEWS is…my Nutrisystem food shipment arrived today. I am looking forward to tearing the box open and reading about the new SUCCESS program. As I mentioned in last week's update, a lot of changes are coming. Change is good. I embrace change, especially when it is followed by a weight loss:)

Week 15 Gain: 3 pounds

Total Loss in 15 weeks: 18.6 pounds

Some of my bloggy friends are also participating in the Nutrisystem Nation Program. Please consider stopping by their sites and cheer them on as well.

Each week I will update the blog with any progress I've made as well as what I did to get there: the foods I ate and any activities I participated in. I hope you will help cheer me on, share words of wisdom, or anything else regarding this topic. I would love to hear from you!
