Nutrisystem Update: Week 17! #NSNation #NSSuccess

 

 

 

WOW! It has been a busy couple of weeks! Between the transition to the new SUCCESS program and three back-to-back blog events I participated in, I just realized I never posted last week's update on the Nutrisystem program. I am so sorry and promise to have Week 18 up right on schedule.

This post will be short and sweet. I am officially back on a LOSING streak! Not only did I make it back to the weight I was before gaining three pounds during the holidays, BUT…continued to lose more.  :)

I am loving the protein shakes. The Refreshing Coffee is definitely my favorite! Chocolate and Strawberry are tied for second. The Vanilla is, well, "vanilla". LOL! It's not bad by any means. I am just not a fan of anything vanilla…it can be ice cream, pudding, yogurt, etc. Vanilla = plain and I don't do plain. However, I felt I should at least try it once.

In fact, that's why I  the Nutrisystem program so much: I have choices! If there is something I don't care for, I can pick something different the following month. When I find something I really like, I can keep ordering it each month. YAY!

Week 17 Loss: 1.8 pounds

Total Loss in 17 weeks: 22.4 pounds

Each week I will update the blog with any progress I've made as well as what I did to get there: the foods I ate and any activities I participated in. I hope you will help cheer me on, share words of wisdom, or anything else regarding this topic. I would love to hear from you!
